| Join a Project in Nepal
If you are interested in a more meaningful way of travel, where you become more involved with the people and their culture then you might try this annual autumn journey to Nepal. Travel with a project worker to remote Nepalese villages. Donate and deliver funds to a village in the Mahabharat Region of Nepal that will help buy materials for a school, water system or health post. For more information on this non-government funded project click on this site www.nepal-school-projects.org This 14 day trip starts and finishes in Kathmandu. We spend a few days seeing the sites of Kathmandu, then start our 10 day trek to the Mahabharat area of Nepal. On our return from the trek we spend a few more days in Kathmandu. $500 of the trip cost is a tax deductible donation to the Nepal School Projects More information about this trip |
