5 days of adventure, feasting, and learning.
Get on the train in your hometown on Monday, (anywhere between Prince George and Prince Rupert) and arrive in Prince Rupert the same evening. Overnight at B&B right on the water at Cow Bay. Tuesday you will learn the basics of sea kayaking in sheltered waters and end the day at a pristine campsite. Paddling along the Pacific coast on Wednesday, you will visit pictographs and archeological sites and enjoy magnificent scenery. Camp again. Thursday finds us at our B&B again. Early departure on Friday and home by evening. Day 1 Depart hometown on Via Rail, arrive Prince Rupert in evening Day 2Learn the basics of sea kayaking, pack up the boats and head for our first campsite. Day 3The silent path of the kayak enables us to explore a world of beaches and abundant marine life. Camp again. Day 4Paddle back to our launch site. B&B accommodation. Day 5Early departure on train, home by evening. |
